Can I reserve a specific lot?

You'll rank three preferred lots in your Letter of Intent. Priority goes to best payment terms first, then submission timestamp.

Php 200,000 by check payable to Greenfield Development Corporation. This is refundable if your bank loan is denied.

What are the financing options?

10% down payment over 12 months with balance via bank loan. Or 10% discount for spot cash payment. Interest rate depends on your bank and credit profile.

What's the minimum income requirement?
